Green Lawn Fertilizing / Green Pest Solutions is one of the fastest growing lawn care and pest control companies in the tri state area. We serve Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northern Delaware, and Southern and Central New Jersey from our four branches in the region. We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to assist in all IT functions in our company. An excellent IT Project Manager is very knowledgeable in IT and Computer systems. They must have a solid technical background while able to complete all IT projects in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementation and execution of IT Projects.
• General understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunication systems.
• Leading efforts to improve all IT processes.
• Analyze the business requirements of all departs to determine their technology needs.
• Supporting the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire company.
• Excellent decision-making skills.
• Assist in strategy as it relates to the company’s IT infrastructure.

SCHEDULE & EXPECTATIONS

• Hours: 50 hours/week + occasional Saturdays dictated by the needs of the business
• Attire: Business Attire
• Meetings:

o Weekly Lawn & Pest Staff meetings

o Department meetings for all department (min 1 each annually)

o Weekly 1:1

• Travel: 1 – 3 industry trade shows/industry peers/continuing education

o 1 – 3 industry trade shows or peer company visits

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree with major or emphasis in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong consultative, presentation, and business communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting Green Lawn/Green Pest standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
