The Position: Greenleaf’s Human Resources Generalist serves as the leader of the people initiatives while providing advisory support for the Senior HR Manager. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for basic HR functions, on boarding employees, assisting in recruiting, maintaining HR legal regulations, managing benefits program / new enrollment and be the point person for the Paycom system.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute daily HR needs and processes.
• Onboarding of new hires
• Recruiting for Hourly and Salary positions
• Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience and company culture
• Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
• Help drive technology advancements within the HR department

Skills/Requirements:

• AA degree in Human Resources or related fields
• Must speak and understand Spanish (Required)
• 3 + years of Human Resources experience
• Strong knowledge in HR policies and procedures
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
• Familiarity with MS Office suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be flexible with working hours
• Is widely trusted; is seen as a direct, truthful individual; keeps confidences

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
