Gro HR Consulting Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist at Remote Full Time

Gró Consulting is a Human Resources Consulting and Outsourcing organization that focuses on meeting the Human Resources needs of small and medium-sized businesses by working with management to provide consulting and outsourcing to meet their specific business needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for clients. The recruiter works directly with the HR Manager and HR Generalist in the filling of current and upcoming client needs.

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with client department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Sources and identifies candidates that meet client open role needs.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Posts all client assigned job postings and advertising processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• 2+ years’ experience in a recruiting focused role
• 2+ years’ experience managing of full cycle recruiting and processes
• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or another related field required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or another related, preferred.
• SHRM -CP and/or aPHR/PHR licensure preferred
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Knowledge of HR compliance on both the Federal and State level
• Demonstrated high level of attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
