We are looking for an experienced flat-rate technician to join our team.
And we have the work waiting and lined up for you!
If you are close to becoming a Ford Master Technician, let us take over for you and cover the costs associated with the education and certification process.
Sign-On Bonus! $5,000 for Master Technicians.
Paid out at 90 days, 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year in equal installments.

- You must be able to complete test drives, inspections, and other diagnostics tests on vehicles to identify problems and determine the parts needed.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with the Service Manager & Advisors, as well as the other technicians.
- Must be able to accurately complete job with thorough precise over care to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proficient with tools and other equipment.
- Able to effectively listen, problem solve, and communicate.
- Must be able to complete paperwork and keep good records.
- Be able to complete on-going training and certifications.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
We are willing to discuss relocation fee’s for Master Technicians, as well as other ancillary employee benefit perks!
Must have a valid Driver’s License in good standing.
Would prefer ASE certifications or additional educational certifications.

Pay: $23.00 – $42.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: One location
