GROW Marketing Agency Hiring for Digital Advertising Specialist at Eureka, MO Full Time

We’re looking for an experienced Online Advertising Manager to join our fast-GROWing digital marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right personality and skill set to help manage the GROWth of a rapidly developing marketing agency.

What you’ll do…

• Create, manage, and optimize Google and Bing paid search campaigns for our clients working closely with our account managers and creative team
• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ads, boost posts, and promote events for our clients working closely with our account managers and social team
• Create manage, and optimize LinkedIn ads for our clients working closely with our account managers and social team
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Establish campaign goals, and identify opportunities and challenges for clients
• Perform A/B testing to continually improve ad campaigns
• Implement UTM strategies
• Stay ahead of digital advertising trends and always be learning

About You

• You have a can-do attitude and a great work ethic
• You love to take ownership of a project, but have no issue taking direction
• You know how to get BIG results with the minimum investment on all advertising platforms
• You understand the importance of “leads” over “vanity metrics”
• You have a strong understanding of Google Analytics
• You have experience with Google Adwords and Bing Ads
• You have experience with Facebook Business Manager
• You have experience with LinkedIn Ads Manager
• You are an audience segmentation ninja
• You are experienced with A/B testing
• You know how to implement UTM for ads
• You are always striving to outperform your previous work
• You are able to write compelling copy when needed
• You are able to do graphic design for the ads when needed
• You are familiar with search data tools and technologies
• You have excellent time-management skills
• You love learning and improving!
• You have amazing problem-solving skills
• You have a marketing degree or the equivalent work experience

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
