Full-Time Private Cook Needed

A Hamilton, MT family of 5 seeks a full-time private cook to prepare gluten-free, dairy-free meals in their on-site commercial kitchen. Cook will collaborate with the owner of the farm/kitchen to create monthly menus, order items needed, prepare, and store meals in the commercial kitchen. Must have experience preparing gluten-free, dairy-free, family-friendly meals, as well as food preservation techniques such as canning. Needs to be comfortable working with meat and receiving positive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Creating monthly menus and preparing meals
• Placing orders, storing and maintaining inventory of food items, and food purchasing
• Preserving food by canning, freeze-drying, and dehydrating
• Manage the commercial kitchen

Skills & Requirements

• Able to commute or relocate to Hamilton, MT
• Experience preparing gluten-free, dairy-free food
• Experience with food preservation

Time Commitment & Wage

• Monday – Friday, full-time/40 hours per week
