Talent Acquisition Manager
The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with colleges and universities to create programs that connect undergraduate and graduate students to the organization’s employment opportunities. This role will also partner with colleges and universities to establish programs for employees to pursue advanced higher education.
Objectives and Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a master list of Career Placement personnel contacts.
Coordinate effective communication mediums through promotional emails, social media content, and surveys aimed at university students, with support from the marketing and branding with external contracted vendors.
Create and deliver customized partnership agreements and benefits packages for universities with the support from the VP of Talent and other department leaders.
Conduct outreach to university career departments via phone, email, and handshake platform.
Partner with universities to register students for events, finalize partnership agreements and receive and review feedback to generate new ideas for programming.
Participate at company events to promote or present Partnership programs.
Create reports from surveys of university partners.
Create partnership programming guidelines and best practices.
Skills and qualifications:
Ability to build and foster effective business relationships.
Project management & organizational skills.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong customer orientation.
Ability to multi-task.
Interacts well with staff and individuals at all levels of the organization.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program coordination, program development and management.
Experience with event management.
Ability to travel up to 40% first year.
