The Impact You Will Make:
The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of Grubhub’s health and welfare and retirement savings plan benefits.
Responsibilities:
Administer various benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, fsa, commuter benefits and 401(k) plans.
Serve as primary liaison for employee questions and management of team inbox
Work with benefit vendors to quickly resolve issues.
Assure accuracy/reconciliation of premium invoices and coordinating payments through Accounting.
Monitor online benefit enrollments and changes, auditing as necessary.
Participate in the annual renewal process and strategy.
Assist with the Open Enrollment process including development of materials, communications, system testing and auditing.
Partner with our internal Culture and Community team on wellness initiatives and other benefits-related events.
Serve as a backup to Benefits Specialists as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field
1-2 years direct benefit administration experience
Proficient in Excel
Experience in UltiPro/UKG preferred
Ability to manage multiple critical, time-sensitive projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills

Vaccination Requirement: Grubhub employees are required to be fully vaccinated, and must be able to show proof of full-Covid-19 vaccination, and booster if eligible, prior to starting employment. Fully vaccinated is defined as: “2 weeks have passed since your second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s vaccine.” Those eligible to receive the booster must receive the booster to be considered fully vaccinated, and those not yet eligible will be required to obtain the booster once eligible (6 months post last dose).
