GSK is seeking a travel & meetings professional to join our US-based team as Senior Manager, Travel & Meetings Operations for the Americas. This role will have responsibility for operations relating to both Travel and Meetings category. The position will report into Director of Global Travel & Meetings Operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to optimize travel and meeting experiences and costs for GSK personnel. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, a strong understanding of industry benchmarks and trends, and the ability to drive new processes and strategies.
This role will operate as a key resource of the operations team, working in tandem with Travel and Meetings leadership team and help strategically operate and implement the regional priorities. Close monitoring and analytics of Travel, Meetings & Expense regional spend will be required to optimise the program.
This is a great opportunity to become immersed in the Global Travel, Meetings and Events program working closely with Tier 1 vendors, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure best in class program delivery.
