*Prior Automotive Service Advisor Experience is preferred, but not required. No Dealership experience is welcome entry Level Candidates are encouraged to apply as we will offer training to the right individual!*

Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer Requirements:

· Prior Automotive Experience Preferred, but not required

· Prior Service Writing Experience Preferred, but not required

· Customer Service Skills

· Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record required

Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer Responsibilities:

· Ascertains automotive problems and services

· Verifies warranty and service contract coverage

· Develops estimates

· Prepares repair orders (RO) and enters RO into the service database system.

· Maintains customer rapport

· Maintains records by recording problems and corrective actions planned

· Updates job knowledge
