Job Description
Warehouse and Yard:
- Organization of the Yard Equipment and Materials.
- Organization of Service Lockup and Material Inventory.
- Receiving.
- Perform duties within the Warehouse Department as required/needed.
Deliveries:
- Complete all shipping and receiving related paperwork as needed
- Ensure that delivery trucks do not leave the yard without a delivery request/packing list and all included equipment and materials required.
- Loading of Trucks as required to accommodate delivery schedule.
- Service Construction and Service Department Jobsite Pickups, Deliveries and Returns
- Deliver outstanding customer service during drop-off and pickup operations
- Report all delivery issues and concerns
Fleet:
- Keep HACI Service Yard Trucks Clean on a weekly basis.
- Implement daily delivery truck inspections, with inspection log.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- ADOT and/or CDL driver’s license
- 1+ year warehouse driving and delivery experience
This is a safety sensitive position and all applicable policies will apply.

$1000 signing bonus to be paid after 90 days of continuous employment and another $1000 after 180 days of continuous employment (applicable to new hires and re-hires that have not been employed by HACI for over a year).
