As new Account Executives join HALO, you onboard them to HALO capabilities, resources, processes, and procedures. After 90-120 days, Account Executives transition from you to their long-term, dedicated Customer Service Representative. During this critical onboarding period, you will double-hat both as Onboarding support and as their Customer Service Representative for business that they win.
