Hamaton is looking for a Customer Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of telephone support and troubleshooting on Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPMS) sensors and diagnostics tools. Hamaton will provide all the necessary training needed. The ideal candidate must be able to clearly follow instructions, strong attention to detail, have good troubleshooting and organizational skills, and good communication skills both verbally and written.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive experience to transition in to a unique hybrid role, working in both automotive shop and office settings.
