Job Description

Under broad guidance, the Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for:

  1. Performing a wide variety of Human Resources (HR) functions including talent acquisition, benefits and leave administration, compensation and classification; program management and training
  2. Partnering and providing guidance on employee relations issues and ensures compliance with employment regulations and HRSD policies and procedures
  3. Partnering with work centers and external agencies to support and carry out HRSD’s Strategic Objectives related to Human Resources functions; supports and promotes continuous improvement initiatives to enhance services provided by the division to internal and external customers.
  4. Supports a diverse work environment where differences are embraced and accepted
