Skills:
1. Advanced service orientation – Actively looking for ways to help people.
2. Active listening – Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
3. Excellent time management – Managing one’s own time. Must be able to manage a high volume of work and accomplish goals with strict deadlines without constant direct supervision.
Must also have the following basic skills
1. Personal computer
2. Social media experience (LinkedIn, Twitter…)
3. Telephone
4. Calculator
5. Other office related equipment as required
Abilities:
1. Oral expression – The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
