JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day human resources operations. The Human Resources Manager will provide administrative support for human resource functions, as directed, but not limited to on-boarding, recruitment, new hire training, compensation, benefits, leaves of absence, and staff events. The Human Resources Manager will provide frontline customer service for the organization, including external customers. The Human Resources Manager would need to perform the duties with independence professionalism, precision, and confidentiality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
· Maintain the work structure by updating job descriptions for all positions
· Organize, compile and update company personnel records and documentation.
· New employee Onboarding, and full cycle recruiting, including but not limited to; references, screening resumes, posting opportunities on multiple platforms.
· Process written and verbal employment verifications.
· Performs a wide variety of clerical, administrative, and office support duties in support of the Human Resources Manager.
· Maintain strict confidentiality of all data and information.
· Initiate background checks, monitor background report status and verify employment and/or education as necessary.
· Maintain department policies and ensure procedures meet HIPAA compliance, are current with industry standards, and are followed.
· Participates in internal and external audits and projects when necessary.
· Any additional administrative duties as needed to run a smooth HR department.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum required education, experience and/or training:
· High School Diploma, or equivalent
· seven to ten years of HR related experience desired.
· Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to develop interpersonal relationships with employees at all company levels.
· Demonstrated working knowledge of Human Resource best practices.
· Experience at Federally Qualified Health Center preferred.
· Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
· ADP/Workforce Now Experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5 pm with occasional overtime. This position is a non-exempt position, and the Supervisor must approve any overtime in advance.
