Job Description
I am looking for a experienced, dynamic, high volume Recruiter to join our team at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. If you are competitive and have experience in Social Media Recruiting I want to speak with you.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resources, or other related field and 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of formal education and recruiting experience. Experience with social media recruitment methods including a strong presence on LinkedIn.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Working knowledge of Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other related job boards.
Excellent written, communication, and computer skills including working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
Detail-oriented and well organized.
Ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and participate as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
