The VP of Sales and Marketing is responsible for the overall market success of Ultimate Billing and First Pacific Corporation. The VP is responsible for sales and sales growth by ensuring our clients’ needs are addressed by the products they purchase. The VP of Sales and Marketing should be prepared to focus on enduring customer loyalty and satisfaction while growing our business.
You will manage a team of sales and marketing professionals and work closely with the other members of the executive team. As a VP of Sales and Marketing, you will report to the Executive Vice President.
What will be your impact:

• Manage a team of account executives to increase short- and long-term sales revenues and meet business unit and corporate goals

• Development of strategy and execution plans for all activities of the Sales and Marketing department to assure both short term and long-term growth objectives are achieved

• Represent the business unit and present at external customer meetings and internal company functions, to aid business development

• Generating new business and foster relationships with current clients, prospects, and consultants

• Ensuring sales metrics are met or exceeded, including P&L responsibilities for the department with monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast accuracy, predictability and accountability

What we are looking for:

• 10+ years’ management experience within the Healthcare Services and/or Software Revenue Cycle Management market

• Demonstrated ability develop strategies and plans that resulted in profitable short- and long-term revenue growth

• Experience growing and managing a team of sales and marketing members

• Excellent communication skills – Comfortable presenting software and services in front of executives, supervisors, and end users

Salary: Up to $150,000.00 per year
