Update/manage reports, dashboards, and metrics that measure efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Assist in providing corporate administrative support, including front desk rotational coverage.
Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Coordinate/assist in conducting and tracking exit interviews.
Assist in conducting employee surveys.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Complete data entry, file creation, access requests, and termination upload files as needed.
Maintain, track and follow-up on Company training initiatives.
Act as point of contact for ADP RM system related issues for retail recruiting and other departments, as needed.
Document internal processes and procedures.
Respond to employment verifications.
Process unemployment claims and attend unemployment hearing’s
Participate in activities driving Human Resource (HR) initiatives.
Complete and process employment separations.
Coordinate company culture initiatives.
Act as point of contact for employee questions and inquiries.
Act as point of contact for COVID questions, field COVID calls from employees, and return to work calls.
Assist in seasonal hiring projects, including but not limited to hiring events, assembling hire packets, etc.
Maintain HR related communication throughout the campus.
Collaborate on the development and implementation of programs and solutions to improve performance and processes.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
2-year degree or additional higher education desired.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) STRONGLY preferred.
2-4 years administration experience with customer service, confidential records, data entry, and reporting/analytics.
Teamwork-oriented, dedicated to support the team.
Ability to work within a collaborative and ambiguous environment.
Strong business acumen combined with impeccable business judgment and the ability to communicate with various levels of a management team.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the maturity to quickly establish credibility and respect with a broad range of diverse business partners.
Be extremely focused and driven on learning and growth.
Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data.
Result-oriented, with demonstrated experience of balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience with recruiting and interviewing is a plus.
Demonstrated time-management and multi-tasking skills.
