Repair/ Replace Customer Service Representative
Department: Repair/Replace Reimbursement
Reports To: Assistant Manager/Manager
SUMMARY: This position will coordinate the process of repairing and replacing patient owned
equipment with internal department and customers. This position does not repair equipment but facilitates the process for patients.

The work environment will be in a warehouse and office environment.
Orientation and selected courses must be completed in the designated time frame.
