MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Nationally Registered EMT (Paramedic Preferred)
2. 2-3 years proven management experience as a director/manager
3. Possess and display a “boot” on the ground mentality
4. Team player who can build partnerships with our valued team members
5. Excellent customer service skills possessing strong aptitude in communications
6. A problem solver/solutions provider
7. Ability to meet deadlines and targets
8. Strong skills in a diverse workforce with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
9. Ability to pass a drug screen, criminal background check and pre-employment behavioral interview.
10. Driver’s license with safe driving record under 2 points
11. May not be concurrently employed by another transportation company.
PRIMARY FUNCTION
As a primary function the Operations Manager will partner with key stakeholders on the senior leadership team to oversee and analyze business results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The Operations Manager serves as the primary interface between the field team member, H2H’s internal departments and our valued clients. As Operations Manager you will have direct oversight of various levels of operations ranging between inter-facility and jurisdictional contracts, e.g., 911 in addition to Sedan, Mobility divisions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. As the Operations Manager reflect the highest level of professionalism and dedication to company’s mission and vision statement with providing superior customer service to our clients and valued team members. Provide the highest levels of support, collaboration and transparency empowered by the “ECHO” principle with “Engaging, Communicating and Having Ownership” of team member/organizational opportunities.

5. Support/promote Risk prevention with focused energy on team member interaction with supporting highly effective accident/incident prevention program by encouraging the culture of safety under the guidance of the Risk Team.
a) Provide support and oversight to line leadership with:
1. Identifying, prohibiting, and reporting unsafe activities by team members to Risk Management.
2. Supporting investigations and participating with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in collaboration with Risk Team.
3. Promoting the culture of safety, engaging team members on safety related issues and advocating on their behalf to eliminate avoidable incidents in the work environment or known related high-risk transports.
6. Effect and promote positive communication between managing departments and the team members in the field.

9. This role requires a significant amount of flexibility and dedication with having a “boots on the ground” mindset to adapt to the daily demands of the operation which can change by the hour based on the needs of our clients. Leadership’s core role is to support and sustain the operation, therefore the cultural acceptance and belief from leading with “boots on the ground” is existential to the success of the team, the operation and the company. With this mind, when required must be willing and make readily available themselves to fill in for open shifts deemed essential to operations without direction, position serves as a last line of support for those critical open shifts and will be provided unless informed otherwise by Operations Leadership team.
