The ideal candidate has a take-charge personality and a talent for getting things done. As a store manager, you will oversee and direct operations.

- Store managers could earn an average of $30,000-$40,000 in total compensation in the first year when successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Store Manager Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience; telecommunications specific sales experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively.
- Must agree to and pass a background check and drug screen
What we expect from our Store Manager:
- Manage training and providing overall guidance to the sales team for our Indianapolis market.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivate members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights.
- Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines.
