We have an exciting opportunity for a strong Human Resources professional in Employee Relations. As a team member this position assists leadership to achieve its initiatives, strategies and objectives by ensuring employee compliance with company policies, procedures and governmental regulations. This position advises employees and management on the full spectrum of employee and labor relations issues.
Responsibilities include coaching and corrective action via enforcement of corporate policy/procedures related to complaint investigation, discipline, discharge, and dispute resolution. Where applicable, the position serves as the primary interface between the Employer and unions for collective bargaining, contract implementation and dispute resolution up to and including arbitration.
We are looking for an individual who combines a strong HR generalist background with the ability to skillfully communicate with all levels of employees and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, employ an analytical approach to issue identification and resolution, and utilize effective interpersonal skills to establish credibility with clientele while influencing outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Minimum five (5) years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or direct work experience in employee relations working with employees, management and government agencies at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications: Seasoned strategic HR professional with health care experience. Experience with multi-union environments, contract negotiations, laws and regulations applicable to health care.
