As a key member of the product team, the Product Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the product management team in a variety of activities. The product team’s activities span the entire product lifecycle, through ideation, planning, designing, building, and launch.

The ideal candidate will need to have strong interpersonal and project management skills as well as an eye for detail.

We’ll Expect You To…

• Be a self-starter who initiates projects that streamline communication within the product team and with other parts of the company.
• Standardize planning and processes to elevate efficiency and collaboration.
• Compile onboarding, training, best practices, and support resources.
• Facilitate and/or coordinate cross team communication, initiatives, collaboration, and feedback workshops.
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
• Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions.
• Keep the team accountable for meeting deliverables on time.
• Work with product managers and content managers on internal and external product communication.
• Coordinate internal product briefings to keep other teams up to date on new initiatives, key milestones, and metrics.
• Communicate professionally and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancement & maintenance of HawkEye 360’s existing products.
• Support the strategy, roadmap, development and launch of HawkEye 360 products.

You’ll Need to Have…

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Project Management, Coordination or Logistics.
• BS/BA in technical or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working on own initiatives.
• Analytical and organizational skills w/ the ability to concisely articulate a salient point of view.
• Demonstrated ability to work constructively and collaboratively with wide company functions including accounting/finance, human resources, engineering, product, and legal/strategy.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
• A willingness to do the hard work required to make an early-stage venture successful.
• Unwavering focus on meeting targets and achieving objectives.
• An outstanding academic and professional record of achievement.
