Job Summary and Qualifications
As theDivision Coordinator of Workforce Development, you will facilitate the development and maintenance of a comprehensive workforce plan to support business objectives. You will support program design, lead grant management efforts, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and support student recruitment and retention efforts. You will be responsible for oversight of the development and execution of workforce programs that train, educate, and equip HCA’s workforce and future workers with the necessary healthcare skills.
