Job Summary and Qualifications: Manager Operations MountainStar Care Partners at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center
As part of the Value Based Operations team, theManager of Operations for MountainStar Care Partners, which currently includes an ACO, will support the program, performance, and financial management for the ACO. This position works collaboratively with internal teams including Market and Division Resources, Population Health Team, Enterprise Analytics, Contracting, Payment Innovation, ACO providers and practices, and all participating hospitals. The role is key to the development, implementation, and sustainability of initiatives and programs to support the ACO and future network programs. This includes performing industry and regulatory analyses that will be used to identify, evaluate, and develop recommendations to support physician, practice and clinic staff in the management, planning and execution of success.
