ACCOUNTANT wanted for local Property Management Firm in Novato, CA. We manage Manufactured Housing Communities, Storage Facilities and Commercial properties in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Florida. Responsibilities include preparing checks, entering deposits, preparing and posting journal entries in QuickBooks. This job will be responsible for accounting entries for the Owners’ trusts and charitable contribution fund as well as posting monthly distributions from the properties and related deposits from the properties to the Owners’ trusts. Must be detail oriented and be able to analyze and reconcile accounts. Accounting degree preferred. Must be experienced in QuickBooks and Excel. Minimum of three to five years of experience is required. Must be able to work independently and also help out other team members when required. Assist with accounts payable and payroll when needed. Salary range $60,000 to $80,000 plus benefits. Benefits include Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Vacation, Sick Leave, Profit Sharing Plan and discretionary bonuses.
