Our client s position is designed as a, Health Care Consultant / Relationship Manager, who possesses solid expertise in the design, costing and implementing/administration of health & welfare strategies and programs.
They would like a candidate to have a minimum of (10) years of consulting experience and seasoning so he/she is capable of stepping into a role requiring significant business development, practice development, client relationship and leadership skills as required for the VP level. Experience could include consulting environments and insurance company
The areas of focus include, client relationship management, business development, practice development and leadership and service delivery.
Some of the responsibilities / accountabilities are,
Manages and maintains clients and client relationships.
Plans, designs, staffs and manages large-scope client projects; develops implementation strategies and, coordinates and monitors effective project execution and service delivery.
Leads and/or participates in business development efforts for new and existing clients to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability goals.
Uses quantitative and analytical diagnostic tools to characterize client needs and formulate integrated and appropriate solutions.
Contributes to practice development through thought leadership (e.g., identifying or developing best practices, improvements to methods and analytical techniques, enhancing and expanding firm s knowledge inventory, etc.), publication and public speaking.
Contributes to the development of staff resources through coaching, mentoring and/or supervising as well as emulating leadership behavior.
