Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience providing direct patient/client services in a health, human service or community based organization; OR an Associate’s degree in a related field and four years of such experience; OR six years of such experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one year of such experience.
This position requires that the incumbent will report to the official work location and live within commuting distance to the official work location. Telecommuting may not be available. If telecommuting is available, the incumbent will be required to have a telephone/mobile device, and internet access.

The incumbent(s) hired into this position must live within commuting distance to the official work location. The incumbent(s) who relocate to New York State (NYS) for this position will be required to obtain a NYS driver’s license. NYS requires new residents to obtain a license within 30 days of becoming a resident.
Successful completion of the Public Health Essentials certificate program will be required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience working with community based organizations or health care providers; experience managing or developing and implementing public health program services; experience in the provision of customer service; demonstrated experience with data analysis for quality improvement; experience working with the long term care population; and proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite (i.e., Word, SharePoint, MSTeams, Excel).
