- All full-time employees will receive a $1,000
bonus for each year of service up to 5 years ($5,000). All current 200+ employees are immediately eligible, and new hires become eligible 12 months from their hire date. $1,000,000 in bonuses will be distributed when HWP achieves its goal of a 12-month period totaling over $150 million in annual revenue.
Job Duties
- Encapsulation Machine Operation
- Involves the process of loading the blended powder into the semi-automatic machine for capsule encapsulation process
- Set-up and breakdown of machine and fixtures for processing. Set-up may consist of installation, changes and adjustments to fixtures. Set-up activities may require the use of hand tools.
- Visually and manually inspect capsule based to inspection guidelines to ensure quality standards.
- Moves and/or stacks bins/metal plates/bucket of materials, and may load tubs of materials to work centers as applicable
- Blending Operators
- Involves the process of accurately selecting materials off a batch record to be blended to make up a finished good
- Complete documentation accurately and legibly per established procedures
- Follow Standard Operating Procedure for blending & weighing up each raw material
- Cleaning and set-up of machine
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Three to six years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Target industries include pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, electronic, chemical, cosmetics, and/or food.
- Ability to lift 55 pounds and have manual dexterity
- Mechanical Aptitude
Pay and Schedule Details
- 3-4 Days off per week
- 12 hour shifts, DAILY OVERTIME
- Day shift 6am – 6:30pm
- Night shift 6pm-6:30pm ($1/hour shift differential)
