Office Manager-QuickBooks Accountant Conshohocken, PA

We are looking for an Office Manager- QuickBooks Accountant to join our growing medical company full-time in Conshohocken, PA. We need an accountant that is strongly proficient in Excel to join our knowledgeable team. Incoming candidates MUST have QuickBooks experience.

The fundamental role of a Staff Accountant is to prepare and review financial documents, reports, and statements. A Staff Accountant oversees all accounting procedures (e.g. tax returns, month-end closures, budgeting) and advise on general financial matters.

We are a growing biotech medical company, that is experiencing significant growth and we are seeking to add a qualified Office Manager- QuickBooks Accountant to our dynamic team. We have a biosciences medical processing and shipping facility, and we work hard to support the clients throughout the ordering process to ensure delivery of our products in a compliant and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive General Ledger Work

• Review the monthly P&L to ensure accuracy of expense

• Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and bank reconciliations across multiple companies

• Ownership of the monthly close process with agreed upon key metrics

• Responsible for the monthly financials – Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow & Forecast, Inventory Reconciliation and Forecast

• Track all incoming invoices for accuracy in the AP process

• Match invoices with pre-approved PO’s for payment

• Submit invoices/PO’s for accounting input into the A/P system

• Track all incoming payments against the A/R report

• Manage all the archived financial records

• Receive and input received transplant records (TUR cards) for tracking purposes

• Inventory Management and inventory counts/audits

• Extensive data entry in the inventory system

• Weekly AR reporting to key partners

• Manage the supply ordering process – Operations Department, Clean Rooms, Office Supplies, Kitchen and Cleaning Supplies

• Assume ownership of various administrative functions as assigned from the company’s Director, Partners and Director of Finance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business

• MUST have Quickbooks experience

• Knowledge of Accounting Practices

• Ability to prepare financial statements

• Ability to analyze data

• Critical thinking skills

• Accounting organizational skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team environment or independently as needed

• Experience working with Microsoft programs

• Good knowledge of Excel

Salary:

• $65k-75k per year depending on experience
