Painter’s assistant/trainee
Highly detailed professional painter with 40 years experience is looking for assistant. – Small company – Working primarily on residential interiors and exteriors
Positive teachable attitude -Able to receive instruction, adjust and implement a high level of detail – working directly with me much of the time and also able to work independently and stay on task.
Self starter
Professional demeanor communication skills- as we work closely with customers to create a sense off safety, warmth, & competence.
Trustworthy
Relatively organized
Has own transportation or can arrive at home office to leave each day
Working in possible different and multiple locations weekly
Clothing:
Relatively clean Painters pants
Clean shirt with no writing
Work boots or shoes
Doesn’t mind getting dusty.
Comfortable working on and with ladders safely.
Will include arriving as scheduled, moving things, organizing, scraping, sanding, sweeping, wire brushing, dusting, vacuuming, setting & folding drop cloths, cleaning tools, moving ladders, & scaffold, cleaning up, priming, painting, covering/uncovering with plastic, taping, caulking, puttying.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
