Founded in 2018, HelloHero provides Related Services to Schools and Behavioral Health Services to the community at large. Our mission is to increase access to quality care. HelloHero is growing 300% year over year, and we’re looking to grow our Talent Acquisition Team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Deliver high-quality candidate experience
• Screen candidate resumes and conducts video interviews with qualified healthcare and educational professionals
• Use traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates
• Foster long-term relationships with prospective candidates and hiring managers
• Works collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team to build, improve, and enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Previous experience as full-cycle healthcare (PT, OT, SLP, mental health, Special Education) recruiter is a must
• Passion for recruiting and creating the best candidate experience
• Works independently and can problem solve
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• ATS and sourcing platform experience
• Experience working proficiently with Google Suites or O365
• Bachelor’s Degree required. We will waive this requirement without hesitation for the right applicant(s)
