YOUR ROLE

Support time and attendance data processing
Support managers and HR with Time and Attendance system questions
Execute defined controls and data reviews for HR Employee data and time data
Ensures compliance with all Time and Attendance SOP’s and HR Policies
Collaborates with counterparts, Corporate Payroll, Global Business Services and teams to ensure issues are escalated when warranted, trends are communicated, and best practices are reviewed for relevance
Ensure timely escalation to the appropriate departments, seeking approval if outside of guidelines
Execute queries and audits and perform necessary actions to update and ensure integrity to Time and Attendance data
Coordinate HR data maintenance activities
YOUR SKILLS
Experience with Time and Attendance systems
Experience with HRIS systems
Strong Excel skills
Familiarity with PowerBI is a strong asset
The salary range for this role is $53,000 – $70,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
