Generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but must have ability to work flexible hours extending into late evening, potentially weekends, and 24/7 on-call schedule. |
Must have current CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) license to be considered.
Accountable for all elements of Account Management in VA Pharmacy Services including but not limited to either pre-, during-, or post award of a client contract, with primary responsibility for assigned VA contracts and secondary role in support of complex issues for Customer Care Representatives within the Customer Care Center. Responsibilities include primary contact for assigned VA contracts. In addition, research, implementation, reporting, data analysis, and problem resolution, as well as assistance with the development of business proposals as requested. Superior communication with client and company/sub-contract staff is imperative. Light travel is required.
