A extraordinary client in the DTC is seeking a motivated Billing Specialist to join our finance team. This individual will handle all billing work for specific clients, trouble shooting discrepancies, and adjusting billing problems.
Billing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Reconciling current billing dashboard with client fee account debits
- Compiling and analyzing billing data on a monthly basis related to revenue recognition
- Adhere to and apply our legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested
- Responsible for all billing work on specific clients including fee billing analysis, trouble shooting, adjustment billing, fee billing procedural documentation and process analysis
- Processing client billings with all available custodians
- Assist in financial and SOX audits quarterly and annually
Billing Specialist Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience minimum in a non-medical billing position (required)
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Must be able to thoroughly analyze and research information
- Strong computer skills including accounting databases, Excel, and other software
- Detail and deadline-oriented
Compensation/Benefits:
- $50,000 – 65,000/annually depending on experience in billing positions

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
