HigherEdJobs is looking for a Content Quality Coordinator, Integration Services Assistant.
This position will work a hybrid schedule, and will be expected to work a minimum of two days a week from our State College, PA office. This position requires flexibility and the ability to work some holidays.
Do you possess a high attention to detail? Time management skills? Exhibit creativity and flexibility in problem-solving?
Responsibilities include:
- Organize the technical process by which HigherEdJobs receives job data
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure quality presentation of employer job postings
- Be a resource regarding applicant tracking systems and data feed management
- Proactively maintain the accuracy of job data displayed on HigherEdJobs
- Work closely with the Content Quality Coordinator, Integration Services to improve integration processes
Requirements:
- An associate degree
- Previous work experience in content management is desired
- Previous work in higher education is preferred.
- Stellar customer service skills.
- Strong computer, internet, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative and be organized
- Manage multiple tasks and ability to prioritize
