HigherEdJobs is seeking a sales support specialist for our office in State College, PA.
About the Position
- Back-up sales representatives when they are out with email and phone support.
- Assist sales representatives with customer service issues.
- Ensure that customers utilize their accounts as fully as possible.
- Research opportunities to increase sales.
- Maintain data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with sales and/or customer service
- Strong writing, communication, and organization skills
- Basic Internet and software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc…) and, ideally, experience using CRM software such as SalesForce, FreshWorks, Hubspot, etc…
- Hard worker with attention to detail
- Knowledge of the higher education industry is preferred
