Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Logistics Manager who’s main objective will be to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is preserved.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be making sure the shipments tracing is executed on time, providing on-time updates to customers, solving issues with carriers and customers, providing excellent service to external and internal customers. After hours support and periodically weekends support might be required.

Requirements:

• Experience in Logistics Manager role

• Ability to lead people and get results
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience with LoadLink and UFOS programs (an asset)
• Professional, courteous, polite, with excellent telephone manners
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in verbal/written English
• Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Great problem solving skills
