Position Summary:
We are hiring a *Bilingual* HR/Admin Assistant for a Manufacturing Company in Carrollton. You will be assisting with maintaining various programs, including recruiting, hire, promotion and termination processes, employee relations, maintaining several spreadsheets, and organizing employee events.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:
Must perform all functions with the highest level of consistency, compassion, and confidentiality. *_Requirements_* * Reliability (Must be able to arrive at work every day) * Must be flexible with work schedule * Punctuality (Arrive on time and ready to work) * Strong Work Ethic * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks with timeliness and attention to detail* Administration Experience * Ready to work every day * Bilingual a must *Must have some recruiting experience * Must be able to read and interpret documents * Proven experience as an HR professional in a warehouse or industrial environment. * Have a working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations, including but not limited to I-9’s, FLSA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA.
