Bardy Diagnostics, Inc. (“BardyDx”) is an innovator in digital health and remote patient monitoring, with a focus on providing the most diagnostically accurate and patient-friendly cardiac and vital signs patch monitors in the industry.
The Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) will have ownership of the day-to-day interactions with Bardy’s existing customer base and will support the team in converting a customer from a Pilot to a New Account. The Clinical Account Specialist is primarily responsible for collaborating with the assigned Account Executives within an assigned geographic sales Region. In addition, they are responsible for establishing relationships, driving sales growth, in-servicing accounts on the accurate use of products, services, and reports. Moreover, the CAS will assist in attaining company goals and objectives within that Region under the mentorship of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
What you’ll be doing
Ability to influence clinical decision making through consulting and sales efforts including presentations and discussions about clinical data.
Assist Account Executives with Inventory Management – Ordering and auditing accounts regularly.
Staff Training – Inservice accounts including application of the patch and accurate use of BDX Connect.
Understanding and explaining our reports while being able to help the physician to best use them in patient care.
Take ownership for growing the business in our existing customer base by selling the benefits of the CAM while keeping out our competitors.
Lead Generation and New Customer Prospecting at RSM discretion. Being the first to know and alert the AE and RSM of changes in customer behaviors.
Ability to travel within the Region or as needed to support the team. This role will require 90% local travel with the potential of up to 40% overnight travel.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but some higher education will be considered.
At least 2 years of professional experience within a clinical environment is required.
Proficiency with Excel and SalesForce.com is helpful.
High insightfulness, curious individual who can assess needs and give insights to create strategic people-oriented solutions, all the while, embodying a unified “One” Baxter attitude.
