Job Purpose: This highly visible role helps nurture collaboration and alignment between key internal and external hotel stakeholder groups by developing and executing unified marketing strategies designed to build hotel awareness, generate hotel revenue and build market share for two premier downtown Nashville hotels- the historic Union Station Hotel and the newly opened Grand Hyatt Nashville. This position plays a vital role in developing content for a variety of mediums (print, digital, social, more), managing reputation and social channels, creating/supporting marketing, PR and sales messaging while enhancing brand equity and community stature for each hotel.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop partner relationships within the community focused on increased awareness and revenue enhancement
2. Assist with community relations strategy, to include identifying and negotiating key relationships, leveraging partner channels and assets, working with community stakeholders such as the CVC, MCC, Chamber and related
3. Manage content and promotion for all hotel websites, directly and indirectly; assist with the management of hotel brands and vendor partners to maximize efficiency and revenue productivity of sites
4. Support of all public relations strategy, including direct support of retained agencies, joint promotional activities between hotels and Nashville Yards, community events and activities, organization, and management of blogger and/or influencer partnerships, FAMS and all inbound inquiries as assigned
5. Assist in the development of ideas in support of revenue development, including packaging, analyzing calendars of events/market demand patterns, new or enhanced guest experiences, upsell and cross sell tactics, unique client, vendor or community partnerships and others as assigned
6. Develop and maintain all hotel creative assets, collateral, and promotional material, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, signage, menus, image libraries, logos and related
7. Assist with the management of online content with partner channels such as CVENT, Expedia and others
8. Assist in the creation and ongoing execution of hotel media plans, including copywriting, advertising placement, hotel listings, property visits, online and print fulfillment and advertising requests
9. Organize and develop all hotel media opportunities, including photo/video shoots, on property media like in-room TV channels or hotel wayfinding, and brand sharing ideas for in house groups or community partners
10. Work with property teams to create, administrate and analyze marketing investments and budgets
11. Ongoing monitoring of social and reputation channels in line with brand and Dimension Development scorecard; manage review response and inbound messaging as appropriate; curate online dialogue with key partners
12. Champion social media strategy and content for both hotel’s food and beverage programming
13. Other duties as assigned

6. Computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with brand specific property Management System(s), presentation platforms, conference call tools, and others as necessary
Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (associates degree considered) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years hotel marketing experience or the equivalent amount of industry experience; OR, equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Physical Requirements and working conditions:
Ability to speak and hear in English. Close and distance vision. Frequent sitting and some walking and standing.

bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills. Continually works in normal office conditions and in close proximity to others.
