HiveMQ’s Vision for this role
As the People & Culture Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting people operations in the U.S and Canada. You will report to the People & Culture Manager US/CA and interact with the entire P&C Team on a global basis.
You will…
Onboard all U.S new hires into our PEO system
Input accurate and timely payroll data into the payroll platform, ensuring that payroll is approved in a timely manner by the P&C Manager, and that the processing of payroll is done accurately and on time.
Develop and adhere to internal controls or other administrative functions as needed, ensuring that processes and procedures are handled in a timely and accurate manner.
Support teammates and managers on the leave of absence administration policies and procedures. Work closely with vendors to ensure timely processing and updates related to employee leave status.
Supports the People Operations goals and objectives to improve processes. Identify process improvements to support a continuous improvement mindset by identifying workflows and efficiencies.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Oversee various activities through our PEO Partner up to and including: Hires, Transfers, Promotions, Separations, Retirements, Disability, FMLA, Unemployment, Workers Compensation, Benefits, Leave of Absences, etc.
You have…
3+ years of extensive generalist experience
Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy
Experience working with a PEO
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to work both autonomously and with a team
Demonstrated success of establishing credibility and trust with diverse teams
Prior experience in hyper growth company
