As an HR Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for assessing and driving improvements for all business processes that impact the H&M employee lifecycle. This role will evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor, and control these business processes.

This hybrid position will work at our beautiful Secaucus, New Jersey or New York, NY office at least 2 days per week within our Human Resources function and reports to our US Country Sales HR Manager.

Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

• Work with cross-functional partners to evaluate and document all current people processes, encompassing new hire pre-boarding through end-of-life cycle transition
• Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders with a key focus on enabling stronger HR technology solutions to integrate with business processes
• Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives
• Examine and monitor implemented changes to business processes and adjust as needed
• Act as a skilled Project Manager for people system upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on people technology, including current and future systems
• Responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to assist in planning, executing and auditing HR processes that enable efficiencies and accountability for all business processes and procedures
• Provide governance to processes that impact the employee lifecycle
• Ensure business processes conform to the organization’s long-term business strategy

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• An academic degree or combination of education and relevant experience
• 3+ years’ experience mapping business processes
• 3+ years’ experience working with HR technology and systems
• Must have knowledge of Business Processes, Process Mapping, Process Optimization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• You always keep the needs and expectations of our customers and colleagues in mind
• You put our colleagues at the center of your decisions and actions related to the mindset shift in becoming more customer centric
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a thorough knowledge of process principles
• Experience working with SuccessFactors, Infor, ADP, Smart Recruiter strongly desired
• Demonstrated track record driving business process improvements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Constant improvement approach to all business processes
• Entrepreneurial spirit – ready to dive deep and build a strong roadmap for the future
