As an HR Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for assessing and driving improvements for all business processes that impact the H&M employee lifecycle. This role will evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor, and control these business processes.
This hybrid position will work at our beautiful Secaucus, New Jersey or New York, NY office at least 2 days per week within our Human Resources function and reports to our US Country Sales HR Manager.
