We are looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner (Individual Contributor). This highly influential and critical role aligns our business and HR operations with our corporate objectives. We want your executive presence to oversee all employee relations from manufacturing to leadership. Your competence and gravitas will allow you to move seamlessly from strategic, tactical, and operational levels in Human Resources.

You will be a part of the Leadership team for assigned business units. This position requires a highly communicative individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, broad knowledge of Human Resources basic functions, and strong business acumen.
What you will do in the position:
Manage all employee relations concerns for assigned business units
Represent HR on the business unit leadership team (monthly presentations to the leadership team)
Partner with all levels of leadership within the business units to align HR strategy with business goals and objectives, direction, and vision
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations
Provide performance management guidance to leaders (coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions, including terminations)
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs
Work closely with management and employees to improve relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and top talent development
What you will need to succeed in this position:
Effective verbal and written communication at all levels of an organization, including department heads, managers, employees, and vendors to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions
Knowledge of employment law and progressive disciplinary processes
Professional image anchored by sound judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (related field) or HR Certification – strongly preferred
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible HR generalist experience
