Looking for a Restaurant Supervisor for the Hoffman House Supper Club who has high energy, a great personality and is able to handle pressure. We are looking for someone who is hands on and an emphasis in working the dining room. Interviews, Trains and Hires staff and ensures that service standards are maintained. Primary responsibility to providing excellent, consistent service to our guests, following established Hoffman House policies and procedures. Full time around 40 hours per week (Weekends and Holidays are included) Any other duties as assigned by owner.
1 week paid vacation 1st year, 401k program is available after 1st year with 10% match with no limit, Bonus incentive program will be established after baseline job performance training.
