Job Description
Holliday Rock is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team.
The Dispatcher is responsible for monitoring of customer orders and trucking efficiency thoughout each day. Dispatchers are responsible for timely delivery of concrete and accurate record keeping. The Dispatcher must have good communication skills and possess proficient computers skills.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Accurately documenting customer phone orders
- Monitoring of truck routes and travel times
- Maintaining high driver efficiency and safety
- Maintaining a safe, clean and productive work area
- Ensure safety procedures are followed as well as ensuring compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Requires good communication skills – written, and verbal
- 2 years experience in dispatch
- Proficient computers skills
- Ability to understand logistics, maps, and GPS systems
- Ability to multitask
Pay based on experience level
