Restaurant Manager wanted for Hollywood Restaurant, Electric Owl

We are seeking an honest, passionate, and qualified leader who is hands-on, driven, and committed to upholding our hospitality standards. They must possess an owner’s mentality when operating the business along with excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a working position, managers are expected to know and cover every station, as needed.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Opening and closing the restaurant
Operational Administrative tasks
Maintenance
Floor management
Disciplinary and rewarding actions
Upholding service standards and product quality
Inventory Management and product ordering
Staffing and training individuals

Requirements:

2+ years of restaurant management experience required
Strong service, food and beverage knowledge required
Ability to lead with poise under pressure
Detail oriented, organized and professional
High volume, fast-paced, high profile restaurant experience preferred
Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
Strong computer skills are a plus
Knowledge of Toast POS systems
