This is a unique position in a highly entrepreneurial environment with ambitious growth goals with the support of one of the largest retailers in the world (108 year old successful bedding company acquired by The Home Depot). This position has day to day responsibility to plan and execute marketing programs (SEO and SEM) designed to increase sales, raise awareness of The Company Store brand and product offerings. The primary function is to partner with merchandising, operations and marketing managers to activate, communicate and execute new product launches, manage existing products and coordinate sales events and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• 30% Campaign Planning: Planning and executing marketing plans for organic and paid search. Campaign planning, ongoing optimizations and weekly reporting. Partner with Advertising, Marketing, Merchandising & Operations.
• 20% Vendor Management: Manage outside vendors and agencies to ensure execution of programs and tactics on time and within budget. Manage projects and the allotment of money to meet budgetary and segment goals.
• 20% Keyword Research: Perform keyword research in coordination with company business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
• 20% Manage Spend: Projecting and tracking Return-on-investment (ROI) and sales for initiatives.
• 10% Coordinate Best Practices: Educate organization regarding organic and paid search marketing programs.

• This position reports to the Paid Media Sr. Manager.

Travel Requirements:

• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Expert knowledge of BrightEdge or Conductor strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of other tools such as SEM Rush, Google Search Console
• High level of proficiency in Excel
• Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
