Home Instead, an in-home care company for seniors in Queens, NY, is seeking an In-Office Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator to recruit, train, and staff the best CAREGivers in the industry.
Our office is located Forest Hills , NY
We are looking for a mature, personable and energetic person to join our team. This important full time position will support our Client Care, Marketing and Staffing coordinators with calls, record keeping and system management. In addition to general office duties, the responsibilities of this position will include recruiting, screening, hiring, training and retaining CAREGivers.
This requires a creative and critical thinker who is extremely organized and detail oriented and can provide results while under pressure.
